Layout, Lighting, & Ticketing

Behind the stage are a beautiful Green Room for receptions, and two individual guest dressing rooms. On the lower level, backstage, is a large chorus room which can be subdivided into two smaller rooms for dressing rooms or rehearsal space. A small mezzanine level rehearsal room, accessible by the north hallway elevator and emergency stairs is available for additional dressing or rehearsal space.

Pease is equipped with a standard public address sound system and lighting track, which can accommodate most events that are held in the auditorium. House sound is designed for speaking and light background music, of up to 6 audio channels. For larger shows, please contact us for reputable sound vendors who are familiar with our venue.

Lighting is provided by balcony front rail lights - eight pairs of PAR 64 provide variable wash light, and two pair of Shakespeare ellipsoidals can provide specials. Lights are controlled backstage from a built-in panel, or from the back of house with a DMX controlled ED Minstrel Plus board.

House Lights are controlled on separate analog circuits, and are separated into 6 lighting "zones" including balcony, below balcony, and our beautiful illuminated stained-glass ceiling panels.

Ticketing facilities are available in the vestibule, with a fully stocked ticketing office, and a will call table available on request, and all tickets are offered for sale at all EMU ticketing outlets, including the EMU Student Center, George Gervin GameAbove Center, and online through emutix.com.

As with events at the George Gervin GameAbove Center, all ticketed events are required to use EMU George Gervin GameAbove Center's ticketing system and, emutix.com, unless the promoter receives written approval from the George Gervin GameAbove Center and Pease Auditorium director.
