“Open Rehearsal and VIP Event”

The EMU Marching Band is excited to celebrate WEMU 89.1’s 45th Anniversary of Jazz on air. WEMU is Eastern Michigan University’s Public Radio Station and our October 14th show will be one you won’t want to miss! We invite our community to join us in Rynearson Stadium on Friday, October 13 for an open rehearsal to watch the full production, featuring local guest artists and the EMU Jazz Ensemble, come together!

A select group of EMU Marching Band supporters will have access to an exclusive event, hosted in the press box of Rynearson Stadium during the open rehearsal. Offering premium viewing, delicious apps, and an opportunity to meet the Directors of the EMU Bands, this behind-the-scenes VIP experience is open to anyone for a small donation. All proceeds immediately benefit students of the EMU Marching Band, including purchase and maintenance of instruments, funding travel, per diem, scholarships, equipment, staff, etc.
